The E4ICATSB is a compact and efficient recessed remodel housing optimized and listed for EISA compliant tungsten-halogen lamps, as well as Incandescent, CFL and LED lamps. Housing is suitable for residential or light commercial applications. For installation in insulated ceilings and non-insulated ceilings with airtight code compliant construction. Use with a variety of trims and finishes to create different lighting effects or to match any decor. May be retrofit with compatible Halo LED lighting systems.

• Air-Tite rated design meets restricted air flow code requirements which prevents airflow between attic and living areas and saves on both heating and air conditioning costs
• Q-Channel bars with Pass-N-Thru feature allows bars to cross-over for tool-less shortening in tight spaces less than 12 in. without removing from the plaster frame
• Pass-N-Thru bar hangers: Fixture has pre-installed nails that easily installs in regular lumber, engineered lumber, and laminated beams
• Compatible with a wide variety of 4 inch Recessed light trims but is best with Halo 999, 998, 993, 992, 990, 953, and 951 series models
• Compatible with a wide variety of 4 inch LED retrofit trims but is best with Halo quality RL, RA, SLD, LT, SMD, and ML series models (Bulb free with some having a 45 year LED lifespan)

• Slide-N-Side Junction Box: connectors allow non-metallic sheathed cable for both U.S. and Canada to be installed without tools
